At Vycab Transfert, we are committed to providing reliable and seamless transfer services. To ensure a smooth and guaranteed pick-up, the following conditions must be met:

 

Accurate Booking Information

It is essential that the booking includes correct details, such as the accurate flight number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, the correct date and time, and a contact number where the passenger can be reached.

 

Flight Monitoring

We will monitor your flight status using third-party services, specifically Flightradar24 (www.flightradar24.com), to ensure we are aware of any changes. Upon flight landing, a buffer time of 45 minutes will be added to ensure a smooth transition and pick-up experience.

 

Driver and Vehicle Information

No less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer, both the travel agent and the client will be notified with the following details: Driver and Car information.

 

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour no-cancellation policy. Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the transfer. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer will be non-refundable.

 

Booking Amendments

Any changes to the booking details (such as pick-up time, location, or contact information) must be communicated to Vycab at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the transfer may incur additional fees.

 

Child Seat Availability

We provide child seats upon request for an additional charge of 10 Euros per child seat. Child seats are available for children weighing between 9 kg and 36 kg.
